The Jungle is a sub-lane where Junglers are assigned to control the buffs and set up ganks. The bottom lane is made up of marksmen or ADC, supports and tanks. The mid lane consists of mages or AP carries. The top lane consists of fighter melee champions, fighters, assassins, and bruisers, or commonly referred to as AD. Each lane has two outer turrets and assigned champions. Work with your allies to siege the enemy base and destroy their Nexus! There are three major routes in Summoner's Rift namely: top lane, mid lane, and bottom lane. Traverse down one of three different paths in order to attack your enemy at their weakest point. This battleground is known for the constant conflicts fought between two opposing groups of Summoners. Summoner's Rift (11): The oldest and most venerated Field of Justice is known as the Summoner's Rift.
Help team later into the game when they want to kill epic monsters. Help jungler if you're near the monster he's starting at. Doing so will give you guys a buff (for rift herald, you can get an item that will summon herald to knock down turrets). Sometimes your team will group up to kill dragon, rift herald, or baron (the three 'epic' monsters in the game, baron replaces rift herald around. You want the jungler to get the last hit on it). Helping generally consists of attacking that buff till it's low and going back to lane. If you do have one, you should help him kill the large monster he will start at (bottom lane will help if he starts at the bottom buff, top lane will help if he starts at top buff mid lane does not need to help him). In lower ranks, you might not have a jungler for that reason. Smite is unlocked at level 10 so you cannot jungle till then. Like someone else mentioned, a jungler must have smite to do well. Generally there will be a jungler who's role is dedicated to killing jungle monsters (and helping other laners)
